Terms Of Service
Before you commission us, you must have a clear, digital, flat shaded reference sheet of at least a front and back view. It must be up-to-date with your current character design.
Payment methods & plans:
A non-refundable down payment of 30% has to be paid once your commission is accepted. Payment methods include but are not limited to: Venmo, Cashapp, and PayPal. We accept payment plans and are flexible to your pay schedule, however the suit must be paid off within 6 months of the first payment.

Cancellations & Refunds:
In the case of an emergency, you will get refunded as much as possible. The amount refunded is determined on how much work has been done at the time of cancellation. If no work has been started at the time of cancellation, you will receive a full refund. If something happens to your fursuit and you want a refund after it is finished and you have received it, we can only offer a small amount dependent on the situation.

Allergies:
This is not an allergy free business. We have dogs and cats, so if you have severe allergies then we highly suggest looking for another maker. We will always wash a commission before sending it to the client, regardless if they have allergies or not.

Age:
We will only work with people 16+ as long as we get consent from your parent to work with you. If you are unable to provide the consent from your parent, we will deny your commission. If you are 18+ and have a driver's license or other form of ID, you will have to present that to us with only age and name shown in order to get approved for your commission.

Shipping:
We will use whichever shipping method the client prefers to use. Shipping will likely be through USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for any damages or losses during shipping. If it gets lost in shipping, we will try our best to help recover the items lost. We do not currently take international commissions due to prices and customs fees.

Deadlines & Delays:
We typically do not work with deadlines. If you want your commission to be done by a certain date within reason, feel free to ask. We cannot guarantee that we will finish it and have it delivered by that date, so please understand that if there are any delays. We will communicate if there is any sort of delay put into the commission work.

Maintenance & Warranty
Do your research before you purchase or commission a fursuit. They require upkeep similar to a pet to ensure it will last you for years after you receive your fursuit. You must keep in mind once you get your fursuit that it is your responsibility to take care of it and make sure it is brushed, cleaned, and well taken care of. Over time and enough use fursuits will get wear and tear, and therefore may require occasional repairs that can be done either by the buyer or us.
To get any repairs done, you must pay for shipping both to us and back to you. Any repairs that require materials that we do not have in our stock must be paid for from the buyer.
All fursuits and parts have a 90 day warranty. Warranty is void if you purposefully damage your fursuit.

Refurbishments
We do accept refurbish commissions if you are looking to get your fursuit looking and feeling fresh and like-new. If you get a fursuit made by us and get a refurb/fixes from us within our 90 day warranty, we can do most work free of charge as long as you can cover the shipping costs. Charges are subject to change depending on what work is done.

By commissioning us for a fursuit, you agree to our terms of service.
